On behalf of the pastor, staff and parishioners of St. Gabriel Church, we welcome you to our website.  We hope that you can get a glimpse of the vibrant community that is our parish as you browse these pages.  Here are some items that you will probably want to know:
 

Our Parish Office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  We are located on the 3rd floor of the Ministry Center (the building across the driveway from the church).  Our phone number is 704-364-5431.

Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions: 

PARISH REGISTRATION
To register, come by the Welcome Table in the narthex after all weekend Masses, visit our website (Parish Registration page), or call or come by the parish office.

PRE-BAPTISMAL CLASSES
Parents must attend a class prior to the Baptism of their first child. Please call the Parish Office.

WEDDINGS 
Arrangements should be made at least six months in advance.  Please call the Parish Office.

HISPANIC MINISTRY

HOSPITALIZED/HOMEBOUND
Please notify the Parish Office to receive Anointing of the Sick or Communion.

INTERESTED IN BECOMING CATHOLIC?
Please contact Susan Krasniewski in the Faith Formation Office (704-362-5047, EXT. 210 or at skrasniewski@stgabrielchurch.org) for information regarding our R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) program.

FROM THE HEART GIFT SHOP
Our shop, which is run  by volunteers and offers a wide assortment of Catholic religious goods and gifts, is located next to the Daily Chapel and is open before and after all weekend Masses.

NURSERY SERVICES
Available during the 9:00 & 10:45 Mass on Sunday on the 2nd floor of the Ministry Center.

BULLETIN DEADLINE 
Thursday at 4:30pm of the week 10 days prior to the Sunday when you wish your announcement to run.

FACILITIES RENTAL 
Call the Parish Office.

COUNSELING
Professional counseling services are provided by Catholic Social Services.  Fees are based on a sliding scale.  Please call 704-370-3262 to schedule an appointment.

SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Saturdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m., or anytime by appointment.

CONFESIONES EN ESPANOL
Domingos a 6:00-6:25 p.m.

PERPETUAL ADORATION
The Blessed Sacrament Chapel is open 24 hours a day and located in the church building.
